During our sleeps we can hear the staffs cleaning and laughing and closing doors hard which disturbs our sleeps.

Good and there's a room for improvement n I would recommend a friend...urgently address this issue

Ok the rooms n facilities are perfectly cleaned n well prepared n I like it if and only the above can b addressed urgently....the team is very friendly n quick to respond.

The management needs to address this issue of BEDBUGS!! ASAP ...the room I was first allocated really made me feel uncomfortable then I was changed to another room AC not working well then again I was changed to a better room worth my money during my last two days was perfect........ the house keeping manager need to action on pest control to all rooms regularly otherwise.....

The facial tissue is fine but the quality of tissue for toilet is easy to tear atleast change it

All the staff and the manager accommodated me well as a guest during my stay that's why i keep renewing my booking and I stayed 4days except one receptionist I dont know his name he's male, I know Karim and Rashid they're both good and the female receptionist

Only the water at 902 its very little coming out on the tub and the toilet slipper 2 wasn't cleaned when I used it next that's, why I had to wash by myself before I wear it especially that different people using it

Best n cool place for family as surrounded by restaurants and markets to shop.

Reception staff is cooperative and the Manager Mr. Anas very polite and courteous, he understands the guests. Will book again soon upon returning from USA.

Overall we are satisfied with the service; only the downside is the room size and utilities.

Other than Staff,, nothing else,.. Staff are very helpful and accommodating they are giving a good service and friendly ;-) Room was small but acceptable for the cleanliness.

Room are quite small. It doesn't meet my expectations. Pillows and Blanket need replacement, it quite old already. Utilities and maintenance need to be develop

It was really valued for the price.

It was really valued for the price. Especially the location was easy to access where ever you want in sharjah. Especially the receptionist (Female ) at day time she was serving the customer in a satisfy way . Room and bathroom were okay ! They were in a standard way anyhow.

Except the receptionist ( Female ) at day time , im really not satisfied with other staffs. When i ask regarding car parking , the person who was at night shift , just replying with his head movements. And also they were not in a customer attractive way. Even when im coming out from main door , as my bag was heavy , it was difficult to open it alone. Even there was a staff , at least he was not looking at me to help and just looking at the road. Hope somebody who is managing will be have a better look on this attitudes. Its really effecting the business. Thank you !
